Letter : Melbourne, to Alexander McCleery, Rutherglen [manuscript]. 1869 April 1.

Tulk is replying, on behalf of the Melbourne Public Library, to McCleery's request for information as to the towns to which the Trustees of the Library lend out books. Tulk says he has enclosed a copy of the rules under which the Trustees lend books to libraries in the interior. This is not included. Alexander McCleery was Town Clerk, Rutherglen.
